Right of Withdrawal

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (other than the carrier) has received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email or post) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your message before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products or sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been removed after delivery.
