By listing products in our online store, we make a binding offer to enter into a purchase contract for those items. The contract is concluded once you place an order through the checkout process and click the confirmation button.

3. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days. Details are provided in our Withdrawal Policy.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee. This applies to all HoopaZ products returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition. This guarantee does not affect your legal withdrawal rights.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT where applicable. Available payment methods and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times and any shipping restrictions are specified in the product description.

7. Warranty and Guarantee

Statutory warranty rights apply. In addition, we offer the following guarantees:

Manufacturer's Warranty

• 1-year warranty on your HoopaZ product if used properly and under normal conditions
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling, abuse, or drops from a height exceeding 20 cm
• HoopaZ contains a shock sensor that registers such impacts

Spare Parts Guarantee

We offer a voluntary 5-year spare parts guarantee for essential components of your HoopaZ product. Contact us at support@23gamez.com for assistance.

8. Product Notice / Disclaimer

HoopaZ is a smart sports device featuring high-tech components, developed for recreational use and tournament formats. As an official Tournament Pro Game, HoopaZ is exposed to athletic stress – which is not covered under the manufacturer warranty.

Usage is at your own risk. Please follow all safety instructions provided in the user manual.
